Fitness Goals: Setting fitness goals is essential to track your progress and stay motivated. Whether it's running a certain distance, lifting a certain weight, or improving your overall health, having clear goals helps you stay focused and determined. Here at Nick's personal training we always set difficult but achievable goals, this helps strengthen the body and mind at the same time.
Fitness Plan: A fitness plan outlines your goals, the type of exercises you'll do, how often you'll work out, and how you'll track progress. It helps you stay organised and consistent in your fitness journey. I will be pushing and encouraging you all the way, I will never set goals that we can not reach!

I have tremendous knowledge when it comes to building a nutritional plan, so I will create a personalised eating plan based on your fitness goals whether to lose weight, gain muscle or for stamina or maybe running a marathon.
Sports Massage: Sports massages are designed to help athletes recover from intense workouts, reduce muscle soreness, and improve circulation. I dont offer this service anymore yet im fully trained, but im happy to share my knowledge and understanding of the bodies mechanics, I can then advise you which treatements would benefit our training plan and your bodies wellbeing.
