I have been a personal trainer for 15 years. In that time, I have trained people you have not met and not heard of as well as athletes in the top league of their profession - I train all types and shapes.
I am genuinely interested in my career and read around the subject of personal training, nutrition, and other supporting subjects constantly.
I apply this knowledge to my clients’ training sessions to keep things fresh and at the cutting edge of the industry thinking to get effective and sustained results.
The equipment you use is the equipment I use and is the best on the market at the moment (my Watt Bike is the same model used by the GB Olympic cycling team).
I will work with you on your nutrition intake, especially on training days, so you can train more effectively and learn how to look after your diet better.
I feel privileged that people put their trust in me to help them with their health and wellbeing. I never abuse this trust and consider patient confidentiality, in every respect, to be a given.
My gym is very private where you can train with me without being seen, I hope this helps you train without fear and to your optimum.
Being a former Royal Marines Commando, I take my work, that’s you, seriously so I will be tough with you at times to help you achieve your results and afterwards we will have a laugh.
